VIA LOFTS WILL DELIVER TEN LUXURY CONDOS TO UPTOWN HOBOKEN

The evolution of Hoboken’s upper northwest neighborhood will soon take another step forward with the upcoming debut of VIA Lofts, a boutique collection of 10 upscale condominium homes located at 1410 Grand Street in this well-known Hudson County City.

In preparing for the summer sales launch, developer Bijou Properties has begun accepting names for a list of VIP Homebuyers at the six-story luxury building.  Interested prospects can visit www.VIALofts.com to add their name to the list and be one of the first to preview VIA Lofts’ two-and three-bedroom homes in advance of its Grand Opening.

Initial occupancy for the condominium homes at VIA Lofts is expected in October, 2018.
