Soul Kitchen, a non-profit Community Restaurant run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul, Opens in Jersey City

JBJ Soul Kitchen, a non-profit Community Restaurant run by the Jon Bon Jovi Soul, has opened on the campus of New Jersey City University’s Gilligan Student Union at 2039 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, according to Jersey Digs. The website reports that “Soul Kitchen’s mission statement is to provide “community dining with dignity,” with paying guests at the Jersey City restaurant asked to make a minimum donation of $12 for a three-course meal. Those who are unable to pay can speak with the restaurant’s staff about volunteer opportunities at the eatery or elsewhere on campus.”
