Journal Square Green Market


The Journal Square Green Market began over 20 years ago as one of Jersey City’s first farmers markets. Some vendors are changing the pace this year with a new shop and pay online system, allowing customers to simply pick up their items at the market as a COVID-19 safety precaution. Riverview Farmers Market

The Riverview Farmers Market is organized by Farms in the Heights, a grassroots, non-profit organization established to provide access to local food systems, grow our local economy, and promote environmental stewardship for the benefit of all Jersey City Heights community members. The Market is a community-supported, producer-focused farmers market, offering a wide range of market vendors and goods. This farmers market also accepts SNAP benefits. Hamilton Park Farmers Market


Run by the Hamilton Park Neighborhood Association, this year the farmers market will be held at the basketball court. The organization also holds other events like Shakespeare in the Park. For more information, click here.
