By Joshua Burd – Ironstate Development Co. and Panepinto Properties have taken the wraps off the last piece of a multiphase, mixed-use project that has brought nearly 1,500 new apartments and a hotel to downtown Jersey City over the course of a decade.
The developers have already leased more than 100 apartments at the final phase, a 539-unit luxury apartment building known as 90 Columbus, after debuting the property only three weeks ago. Located at the corner of Columbus Drive and Grove Street, the 51-story tower is now reaping the benefits that have propelled the earlier phases of the project, including a location at the entrance to the Grove Street PATH Station.
