Jersey City Moms is calling on the community to help families in Venezuela affected by recent earthquakes through its “Community Together for Venezuela” donation drive. Through the end of August, the organization will direct all donated emergency supplies to families overseas, with any leftover items going to local families in need.

Donations can be dropped off anytime at Jam Cakery, located at 326 5th Street in Jersey City. The organization is collecting first aid supplies, baby formula, baby food, bottled water, flashlights and batteries, tents, blankets, non-perishable food, and personal hygiene products.
