235 Grand, the new 46-story rental building in Downtown Jersey City, has earned LEED® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), co-developers Ironstate Development Company and KRE Group announced today.
The honor comes seven months after the collection of 549 residences opened to the public. More than 80% of the homes have already been leased, with The Marketing Directors overseeing the successful leasing program.
The USGBC praised the developers’ approach to implementing practical and measurable solutions aimed at creating a healthy, highly efficient, cost-saving, green building.
