The Jersey City International Television Film Festival was formed in 2013 by Craig & Maureen Goletz along with filmmakers and entertainment entrepreneurs Michael Billy and Jarl Haugedal to provide filmmakers, independent artists and the community with opportunities to discover support independent film and television from around the world. The Festival is dedicated to fostering a better understanding between cultures and to making a positive contribution to the art form of the moving image.
