You won’t find better views of Jersey City and Manhattan than from the roof of Madox Apartments.
The 131-unit apartment complex, still under construction at the corner of Van Vorst and Morris streets, will have a rooftop deck that has views of the Statue of Liberty, Liberty Science Center, Liberty State Park, the Goldman Sachs tower, as well as the Empire State Building, the on-its-way-to-completion One World Trade Center and the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge.
Local sports fans will also have an aerial view of St. Peter’s football games.
“This is just a spectacular outdoor space,” said Patrick Kretz, development manager for Fields Development Group, which is in the midst of constructing Madox, Downtown Jersey City’s newest residential complex.
