The Historic Downtown Jersey City Special Improvement District will host its Halloween Family Bash on Saturday, October 31, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Mall and Grove Street in Jersey City. The event is free and will take place rain or shine.

Families can enjoy games and rides, live music, face painting, a corn maze, pumpkins, a bounce house, and candy and treats throughout the afternoon and evening.

Adults can also visit the Terror Tavern at the Newark Avenue Pedestrian Plaza, hosted by Grace O’Malley’s Whiskey Chapel.
