As reported by http://tapinto.net the Captain Mark Lee Fund hosted its annual gift-wrapping event on December 7 at Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, marking the 10th anniversary of the Captain Mark Lee Memorial Toy Drive.

The toy drive, started in 1986 by Jersey City Fire Department (JCFD) Captain Mark V. Lee, has grown from gifts wrapped in his living room to a community-wide effort serving over 7,000 children annually. The initiative honors Lee’s legacy of giving, which his wife Cheryl and son Mark Jr., also a JCFD captain, have carried on since his death in 2014 due to 9/11-related illness.
