Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop and the Exchange Place Alliance recently welcomed a new playground to the Hudson River Waterfront. ROI-NJ reports the playground features a unique piece of equipment that has a capacity for 60 children to play on it at one time. The Giant XL playground is unique in Jersey City and is intended to draw children and their parents from throughout the city. A smaller unit and several freestanding pieces of equipment compete the playground’s amenities. New benches and stroller parking adds to the convenience for parents.
