A new business has emerged in Jersey City with dual specialties – a flower shop and cafe with its florist services at the forefront. Flor Y Cafe hosted its grand opening on Sunday, March 13th at 413 Central Avenue reports Hoboken Girl. “Fresh cut flowers and freshly brewed Puerto Rican artisanal coffee” is the cafe’s motto.
