Prime Time Cleaners, a locally owned dry cleaner, has opened the doors to its second Hudson County location at 7 Seventy House, the upscale new 424-home rental building in Hoboken, NJ.
Called Prime Time Cleaners-2, the store will occupy 875 square feet of space at the 14-story building and offer traditional dry clean services, as well as wash and press shirt, alterations and tailor service, wedding gown preservation and more. The addition of Prime-Time Cleaners-2 will deliver yet another lifestyle amenity to Hoboken’s budding west side, which has fast become of one the most sought-after live/work/play centers in this mile-square city.

‘We’re very excited to open in Hoboken’s west end,” Mr. Aliiev said. “7 Seventy House will provide direct access to a large customer base within the building itself. We are also ideally located to provide service to the surrounding neighborhood, which has become a bustling residential community. It was the perfect opportunity to expand our business.”

It is also a sign of the resiliency of the Hoboken business community. At a time when many small business owners are facing challenges, a retailer opening a new location is an occasion to be celebrated.”
“We’re incredibly happy to welcome Prime Time Cleaners-2 to 7 Seventy House,” commented Peter Palandjian, Chairman and CEO of Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation. “This building was designed to not only introduce an exciting residential address to the neighborhood, but also create a vibrant community environment by adding vital shops, services and public amenities. The addition of Prime-Time Cleaners-2 will bolster the lively environment that’s quickly taking shape on Hoboken’s western end.”
