Jersey City Ranks 5th in Most Caring City in the U.S.

Here’s something to be proud of as a Jersey City resident.

We scored pretty high in ‘2018’s Most Caring Cities in America’ list. According to Wallethub.com, Jersey City came in at number 5 out of 100 cities in the country, very impressive if you ask us. If you’re wondering how this caring list is exactly ranked, here’s how WalletHub broke it down.

“In order to identify the areas that care the most, WalletHub compared the 100 largest cities across 38 key indicators of a compassionate spirit. Our data set ranges from share of sheltered homeless persons to number of volunteering hours per capita to share of income donated to charity.”
