New Orleans is coming to Liberty Science Center! Feb. 15, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm, for LSC After Dark: Mardi Gras.
At this masquerade bash, you’ll immerse yourself in festive experiments, delicious drinks from Bourbon Street, and plenty of beads! Learn the physics of bartending with our STEM educators. Meet aquatic creatures from the Louisiana Bayou. Receive a masquerade makeover from the School of Makeup Effects!
During the festivities, you’ll get to feast on snacks from local vendors, courtesy of Midnight Market NJ. Each food plate is $5 (cash only, please).
You can also experience LSC’s Jennifer Chalsty Planetarium, the largest and most technologically advanced planetarium in the Western Hemisphere. LSC is a non-profit organization, and for an additional $5 donation to support our programs for 91,000 students from at-risk communities, you can see one of our stunning new planetarium shows. (Please make your donation in-person at the event.)

LSC After Dark events are the third Thursday of every month at Liberty Science Center. Guests 21 and over can enjoy an after-hours adventure featuring cocktails, food, music, dancing, exhibits, and more.
