Morris Canal Community Development Corporation invites you to their annual fundraiser.
The theme is A Selfless Pledge to Serve and this year’s honorees are Dana Patton (Lafayette Blockwatch), Lou Destefano (East District Police Officer), Saidia Simmons (East District Police Officer), Kenneth O’Neill (Sr. V.P. BCB Community Bank), Gregory Sharperson, Anthony Sharperson (Firefighter), Monique Smith-Andrews (CEO and Executive Director of the Mo’ Hair Foundation, and a special Posthumous award for Coach Edward Lawson, Sr.
The event will take place on Thursday, April 23rd from 7 – 11 pm at Liberty House Restaurant located at 76 Audrey Zapp Drive in Jersey City.

Established in 1999, the Morris Canal Community Development Corporation (MC CDC) is a community based, tax exempt, non-profit organization. From its origins as a Stakeholders group, Morris Canal’s objectives are to stimulate and participate in community development while encouraging the rebuilding and revitilizing the retail corridors in the Morris Canal/Lafayette Area in Jersey City, New Jersey.
