VANTAGE IN DOWNTOWN JERSEY CITY TO HOST PUBLIC “BLOCK FEST” ON SUNDAY, JULY 8th

Vantage in downtown Jersey City will officially usher in Summer when the 45-story upscale rental building hosts a community “Block Fest” on Sunday, July 8th from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.  

All members of the public are invited to the event which will take place at the corner of Marin Boulevard and Park View Avenue in the Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.  The Statue of Liberty and Liberty Harbor Marina will serve as the perfect backdrop for the fun-filled afternoon where guests will enjoy live music, family-friendly events and children’s activities with cotton candy, face painting and balloon twisting.  Those in attendance will also be given the opportunity to win free raffle prizes, including cleaning services from Maid in JC, a “day getaway” courtesy of om.life and two tickets to a New York Yankees game.

Popular local food trucks Angry Archie’s, Cubano Express and Glazed & Confused will offer a variety of tasty treats to purchase and neighboring Jersey City shops, such as Little Batch Candle Co., Taproot Organics and om.life, will be on hand to display and sell products and services.

The “Block Fest” will be hosted by Fisher Development Associates, developer of the 448-home Vantage building, and Bozzuto, its management firm.  The Vantage leasing office will be open throughout the afternoon to provide interested guests tours of its model homes and world class amenities, including the 45-story Vantage Point Sky Lounge which boasts incredible New York City views, and an expansive sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck with zero entry swimming pool, lounge, landscaped area and full-court basketball court.

The glass curtain wall Vantage was designed by S9 Architecture and features studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments.  The high-rise building will be home to Park View Academy, an innovative daycare center, which will open its first location in the ground floor retail space in early 2019.

DEVELOPER OF VANTAGE ANNOUNCES SIGNING OF BREWSHOT CAFÉ AT 45-STORY RENTAL BUILDING

2018-06-21_10-03-20Brewshot Café, a one-of-a-kind coffee shop and restaurant, is set to open its next Jersey City location at Vantage, the luxury rental building in downtown’s Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.

Fisher Development Associates, developer of Vantage, announced today that the gourmet shop has signed a lease to occupy 815 square-feet of ground floor retail space at the 45-story waterfront building.   The new Brewshot location will feature two separate entrances, a street-level storefront to accommodate pedestrian traffic, as well as direct entry from the Vantage lobby for its resident base.

Brewshot provides the best elements of the classic Italian coffee culture and offers a wide selection of organic, fair trade coffee and tea and freshest baked goods.

Park View Academy, an innovative new daycare facility, has signed a lease to open its first location at Vantage, the luxury high-rise rental building in downtown Jersey City, N.J.’s Liberty Harbor North neighborhood.

Slated to open in Early 2019, the new early childhood school will serve both residents of Vantage and the community-at-large, according to Fisher Development Associates, which is developing the 448-home waterfront building overlooking the Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty and Liberty Harbor Marina.

Park View Academy’s mission is to create a safe, educational, and friendly environment for the children under their care. They believe every child is unique and their growth depends on patience, understanding encouragement, and lots of love! Every day will bring a new and exciting challenge for your little one to experience. The center is the first collaboration between two local veterans of Hudson County child care, partners Yeon Benkovitz, owner of Lucie Goosie Toddler Enrichment in Jersey City, and Diane Branco, owner of World of Wonder daycare center (WOW) and Wowkids, LLC in Hoboken, NJ.

“It’s no secret Jersey City’s demographic is shifting to include more and more young families and there’s a growing need for high quality child care services,” Mrs. Benkovitz says.  “We’re establishing Park View Academy to help fill this demand.  We hope to offer parents a valuable service in a state-of-the-art facility that draws on the expertise of not only two local child care professionals, but also two experienced Jersey City moms.”
