According to a post by hobokengirl.com, Incontro Caffè, a community cafè serving fun beverages and breakfast items, is coming to the Journal Square area of Jersey City, with plans to open on Sunday, August 17th. Located at 351 Summit Avenue on the corner of Summit and Academy, this new spot will serve classic espresso-based and matcha drinks, pastries, plus gelato coming soon to the menu.

Incontro’s grand opening will be on Sunday, August 17th, from 12PM-4PM, featuring live DJs, local small business pop-ups, as well as some specials and giveaways. The cafè will then be open regularly on weekdays from 7AM to 7PM, and weekends from 8AM to 4PM.

Owner Sarah Gallazzi and her husband created Incontro to bring the community together in a welcoming, zen-inspired space. The interior is filled with warm, muted tones and a calm atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to visit for a delicious drink or pastry or for settling in to get some work done.
