As reported by https://www.nj.com Smush Gallery will have the opening reception for “Études: The Artist in Practice,” on Friday, Nov. 1, from 6 to 9 p.m. The exhibit will be on view from Nov. 1 to Dec. 15.

Études will offer a single idea teased out across multiple iterations by each artist participating. The show, curated by Katelyn Halpern, features art by Dorie Dahlberg, Halpern, David LaMorte, Bash Ortega, Bill Rood, Lucy Rovetto and Jane Westrick.
