As reported by http://jerseycityupfront.com the team behind successful Heights restaurant Corto have soft opened a new eatery in Jersey City’s Bergen-Lafeyette neighborhood. Located at 66 Monitor Street, The Roxy is a new restaurant serving French cuisine with Asian influences.

The Roxy is managed by Matt Moschella, Drew Buzzio, and Justin Buzzio. Matt and Drew first teamed up to open Corto (507 Palisade Avenue). For their new venture, they’re working with Justin Buzzio, whose resume includes acclaimed restaurants like New York’s Jean-Georges.
