Works by Norm Kirby – Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at LITM
Kirby’s Wonderland incorporates representational and abstract art in two and three dimensions using a variety of mediums. The show celebrates the simplicity of a black line on a white background in some pieces and the use of value and color in others.
Kirby received his BFA in 2003 from Mason Gross School of the Arts. While in art school, he studied graphic design and drawing but has since become a prolific painter and sculptor. Kirby enjoys making art outside on the streets as much as in his studio.
LITM has featured Kirby’s work in many of our recent group exhibitions. This is his first solo show at this venue.
