PATH trains to and from the World Trade Center will be suspended tomorrow from roughly 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. due to President Obama’s visit to the National September 11 Memorial.  The Port Authority will add extra trains from 33rd Street to Hoboken and Journal Square, and stranded PATH customers will also be able to ride free on New Jersey Transit trains leaving from Penn Station.
